Whether you are a first-time home buyer in need of someone to walk you through the process, or a seller who wants a go-getter to find you “top dollar,” I’m the real estate professional to have by your side.
I’m a West Virginia native who decided to make a move to the “big city” of Winston Salem in 2006. While studying Psychology at UNC Greensboro, I started a part time position in property management which led to a passion for helping people find their new home. Someone once told me “the housing industry really becomes a part of who you are.” After discovering my passion for real estate meshed with my passion for people, I became a licensed broker.
In 2017, I was promoted to Vice President of Sales for Signature Real Estate. My areas of expertise include sales, property management and working with homeowners’ associations. With more than ten years in the real estate business, I am the industry veteran you need by your side.
Below, you will find a list of the top 10 things to do when buying or selling a home:
#1: Call me
(I’ll handle the other 9)
We were referred to Sheena by a relative, who spoke very highly of her. My husband and I decided after spending our entire lives in California, we wanted to move to the south and enjoy a slower pace. We contacted Sheena, who was extremely friendly and professional. We expressed to her what we wanted in a house and she helped us find our dream home. Her commitment to her customers is second to none. Although, we were 2750 miles away, she made us feel at ease through the whole process of purchasing a home here in North Carolina. In the end, not only do we have a beautiful house, we gained a great friend!! Thank you Sheena! Ron & Teri
