Signature Real Estate, LLC is a full-service HOA management company. Our two office locations in Winston Salem and High Point are each dedicated to servicing our two HOA divisions. Our sister company, Candor Home Services, LLC, is available as an option to handle our HOA maintenance issues and we also have access to over 300 vendors that are fully Licensed and Insured.  

A full range of services including accounting, finance, administrative, clerical, and physical property supervision & maintenance are available for Signature Real Estate clients. By custom designing specific services, an association can take full advantage of a “tailor-made” management program to satisfy their needs
